Our Cancellation Policy
- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Patients who “no show” or cancel without providing a 24-hour notice will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled treatment price.
- Please Note: Insurance receipts cannot be issued for missed appointments or late cancellation fees
