STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING WITH JANE
- CLICK HERE to Login to, or Create a new account with Jane.
- After signing in to your Jane account , select the type and duration of treatment that you would like, at a date and time that suits your schedule. (TIP - If no appointments appear to be available, try choosing a shorter time.)
- Once you have booked your appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 minutes.
- If you don't receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment, please CALL or EMAIL us, so we can help you get your massage time booked in properly.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Patients who “no show” or cancel without providing a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price.
- Please Note: Insurance receipts cannot be issued for missed appointments or late cancellation fees
